We have experienced trainers who work with new gym-goers, elite athletes and everyone in between. Our goal is to help you reach your goals. These session can be one-on-one or in small groups. The first onsite consultation is free.CrossFit classes are an excellent way to improve your overall fitness and have fun doing it! We will work on endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy by performing varied, functional movements at a high intensity. Classes are 60 minutes long. If you’re looking to lose weight, live a longer and healthier life, have the capability to play with your kids, then CrossFit is for you.
