Aug 21-25

Life is hard and no matter what we do, it will keep on coming at us and present us with opportunities to succeed or retreat.

Sometimes we are in the middle of a stressful situation in life and our mind starts racing.  We go into “survival mode”, and start asking ourselves what we could possibly do to fix and get through whatever challenge we are currently facing.  It is for  times like these that I believe what we do here at the gym builds mental and emotional endurance to persevere.

This week when you are sweating and considering the option of slowing down or giving up, I challenge you to stick with it.  I challenge you to  press on because pressing on will develop the character and qualities in your person that will shine during the other challenges in life.
