What is CrossFit

CrossFit Five Plus was birthed out of the idea that five individuals could do far more together to shape a community than they could achieve on their own.   We have a Navy Veteran, a former IT Professional, a Physicians Assistant, a holistic health coach and nutritional counselor, a professional singer, a 7 time marathon runner, a former employee of the U.S. Senate, a former Youth Pastor, a two sport college athlete, and a life leadership coach.

We believe that quality of movement is more important than how much you can lift.  We want you to have fitness for a lifetime.  It is our desire to help you create a paradigm for wellness as a whole person, so that you can go kick butt in the domains that you live in!  We are happiest, when YOU are succeeding in your family, career, relationships and your physical being!
