Why did you start Crossfit?
I originally started Crossfit with the sole purpose of losing weight. However I quickly learned health and fitness are about much more than losing weight.

How did you get here?
I attended school at Endicott College, right down the street in Beverly. After years of going to the gym without results I decided to try something different. I Joined Crossfit Five Plus as a member in January 2016, got my Level 1 in January 2017, and started coaching here in April 2017.
Why are you excited to be a part of this?
When I first started crossfit I was overweight, out of shape, insecure, and shy. This community helped me not only lose a lot of weight and recover my health but also helped me become confident in myself for the first time in my life. I now want to bring good health and fitness along with all its positive side effects to as many people as I possibly can and show them that they too can feel healthy and confident enough to tackle anything that comes their way. I want to use health and fitness as an avenue to change peoples lives for years to come, and Crossfit Five Plus allows me to do so.
What is your favorite Movement:
Burpees. I love how seemingly simple, yet incredible painful they can be. I also enjoy doing things that other people don’t enjoy. Most people hate burpees, I just embrace them!
